Inspiration of subject comes from spending my life living on Vancouver Island — being exposed to the ocean, rivers and beaches. I have spent many years sailing the Gulf Islands, skiing British Columbia’s breathtaking mountains, kayaking the water’s of Salt Spring, and hiking through East Sooke Park’s magical forests. — Karen
