Giclee Printing

"Giclée" pronounced zhee-clay is derived from a French term meaning "to spray ink". It is widely used as a generic term for inkjet printed fine art reproductions, though it is not itself a standard and does not set a bar for quality or performance. Basically, all giclée prints are not created equal.

Today’s pigment inks are capable of producing vibrant, accurate color that will last in excess of 100 years on appropriate media.

The color accuracy, sharpness, and archival performance of a giclée print can be highly variable depending on the equipment, inks, media, and most importantly the technician's experience and care taken throughout the process. We are proud to produce exceptional work, and we stand behind our printing 100%.
