interesting and understandable way to others. Congratulations!

Workshops are designed to support a full range of skill level, from those who have never experienced creating visual art to the experienced artist. Course Outline

What	Time	Description
Introduction	5min	Become familiar with the tools and supplies.
Sketching Shapes	25min	Practice sketching basic shapes, using willow charcoal.
Painting Skills & Techniques	30min	Choose colour combinations and practice shading and highlighting techniques.
Break	15min	TAKE A BREAK
Paint a Work of Art	1hr 30min	Choose a pre-sketched tree template and paint it using the skills and techniques you've just be taught.
Finish Up	15min	Framing alternatives discussed. Package up your painting, along with a supplies list to take home.

 Karen creates a warm, low-risk atmosphere that
makes it easy to explore painting, even if you
are an absolute beginner.

Tree Templates

With 6 pre-sketched templates ready to be painted, you get to choose the technique and skill level most comfortable for you (easy, medium, difficult).
